Sanitary Fittings CNC Polishing Machine Without Polishing Wax And Polishing Wheel
Feature:
1.Rotary automatic polishing machine,consists of 3 workstations and 2 material tanks.
2.One of the workstations is used for loading and unloading while the other two workstations are used for coarse polishing and fine polishing at the same time.
3.Each station consists of 32 hangers and each one can clamp 4-6pcs,about 25 min can polished 4X32=128-192PCS.So we have 25min can changeover and load.(according to the size of products )
4.The quantity of one circle polishing is not required,and can polishing different product at the same time.
5.About the polishing materials:Walnut shell grain mix grinding wax and paraffin wax,brightener(Varnish,refined mineral oil,PTFE and hardeners),was our trade secret.
6.Sustainable use 6 months(20hours/shift),Cheaper than using polished wax and cloth wheels.And qty:650KG/material tank,2 material tanks total 1300KG.
7.No need debug,easy operation.
8.No need dedust,security and environmental protection.
9.Mirror polishing ,perfect polishing effect,No grain like polished by polishing wheel.
10.Plating before treatment is very easy.
